Invasive Species Removal and Sustainable Land Management Planning for fire resilience on WCA lands
The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) intends to select Hana Resources/Natures Image/TreePeople to provide services for the Fuel Modification program.
Should a proposer claim the WCA failed to follow the procedures specified in either subdivision (b) or (c) of PCC § 10344, protestant must submit the initial protest letter and a detailed, written statement of protest, including the RFP title, and WCA contact information to the following:

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for invasive species removal and sustainable land management planning on WCA's Azusa Foothills and Rosedale Open Space, Azusa and Walnut Creek Open Space. Interested parties may submit proposals for any or all of the requested services, which include biological survey, sustainable land management planning, invasive species management planning, and invasive species removal, monitoring, and mapping.
The objective of this RFP is to select Consultants best qualified to perform the work described in this RFP. More than one (1) contract may be awarded to more than one consultant. Contracts will be awarded to the best qualified Consultants whose proposals are determined to be the most advantageous to the WCA and the Project, based on demonstrated competence and on the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required at a fair and reasonable price.
The WCA encourages Small Businesses and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises to apply.
